Chief Programs Officer

Florence Crittenton has been serving girls in Arizona for over 114 years. We are looking for a dynamic Chief Programs Officer to join our dedicated team of professionals that work together to advance the organization’s mission of providing safety, hope and opportunity to girls ages 12 to 21. We are looking for a Chief Programs Officer to lead our efforts in growing hte programs we offer and to help us serve more girls than we do today!

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides leadership and strategic direction for residential and community programs. Conceptualizes, plans, develops, facilitates and implements treatment oriented residential and community programs established by the CEO and Board of Directors. Ensures compliance with licensing, accrediting and contracting agencies. Supports advancing the mission and vision of the organization through strategic planning initiatives. Serves as the staff officer to the Program Committee of the Board of Directors and is a member of the Executive Management team.


Qualifications:

Education and Experience Required: A Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field plus two to five years related experience in operating programs and services for a non-profit organization. Proven ability to create and sustain programs and services. Prior management experience required. Prior senior level management experience preferred. Required: • Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card Must have and maintain a valid Arizona Driver’s License, maintain automobile insurance coverage and have access to an automobile. EOE - Drug Testing Required - No phone calls please
