Independent Living Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides direct supervision for a team of assigned case independent living specialist staff and interns that provide home based independent living skills education and case support. Ensures consistent implementation of program procedures in accordance with COA and contracts. Promotes a work environment that is conducive to effective communications, empowerment of youth, collaboration, team building and professionalism. Maintains a client caseload and provides assessment, service planning, case coordination, training, education, advocacy and referral services to promote client self-sufficiency while also supervising others in the fulfillment of their job responsibilities.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field plus two to five years social service experience. A minimum of two years prior case management experience preferred. Must have experience in working with adolescents. Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
